Description:
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive our client’s cosmetics, perfume, and makeup export business in the CIS region. The ideal candidate will be based in Russia (preferred) or have significant experience working in the CIS market. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty and personal care industry, market trends, and the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the business in the CIS region.
• Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in export sales within the cosmetics, perfume, or makeup industry.
• Deep understanding of the CIS market and its business culture.
• Fluency in Russian (preferred) and proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
