Description:
Flava Coffee Co. LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Export Sales Representative to join our team and drive international sales of our coffee products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell coffee products in international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential international distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients to ensure profitable and sustainable business relationships.
- Manage and oversee the export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends in different regions.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns for international markets.
- Provide excellent customer service to international clients and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and develop new territories and appoint new distributors.
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate effective field sales and marketing programs in each territory market and competitor intelligence, gathering, exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and the lowest rate of defection by building the dealership's reputation and relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an export sales representative, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with sales management software.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
