Description:

Beyond The Vines is seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook. The position offers flexibility for candidates to work full-time or part-time based on their availability and preferences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns:

 

Conduct market research and identify target audiences.

Create compelling ad content (images, videos, and copywriting) tailored to specific audience groups.

Plan and set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

Budget management and optimization:

 

Monitor and manage daily advertising budgets.

Optimize key performance indicators (CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROI).

Performance analysis and reporting:

 

Track campaign performance and provide regular reports (weekly/monthly).

Offer actionable insights and improvement recommendations based on data analysis.

 

Internal collaboration:

Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

 

Job Requirements

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required for part-time candidates).

At least 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other measurement tools.

 

Skills and Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Facebook algorithms and audience targeting (Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences).

Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to optimize campaign performance.

Experience managing large advertising budgets.
