Role Description:

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, facility management, communication with tenants, customer service, and budgeting, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and managing maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills
  • Supervisory Skills for overseeing maintenance activities
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certification or training in maintenance-related fields
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in maintenance work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
