Location: Dubai, UAE
Hiring for well-established Dubai-based Facility Management company
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Facility Management (FM) department, overseeing all soft services and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand our client base and service offerings.
- Oversee total FM operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and processes.
- Manage the Profit & Loss account for the department, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the FM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a UAE-based Facility Management company, with a strong focus on soft services.
- Proven track record in business development and managing total FM operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing Profit & Loss accounts.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
