Factory Manager / Operations Manager / Production Head
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning factory daily routines (start-ups , work canters loads , daily production plan, target quality levels).
- Meeting customer’s expectations and demands.
- Supervising the factory Supervisors & workers on the production floor.
- Maintaining high efficiency rates of the production line
- Ability to implement production strategies as per the requirements
- Resolving any factory-related issues in production, warehouses , Maintenance & Quality
- Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures & Following up Factory Utilities , repair & maintenance expenses
- Keeping overall Operations cost always on its minimum levels (GOGs, Direct labour cost & other operations expenses).
- Presenting Accurate reports to the higher management along with clear justifications for deviated results/ findings
- Inspecting the quality of the finished products
- Providing training to the new employees
- Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain , Industrial Management, or a related field
- Must have relevant experience in GCC
- Experience in meat industry preferred
- Proven experience working as a Food Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar managerial position in food manufacturing environment
- Professional certification in Production Management , Supply chain and Quality Control is a plus
- Exceptional ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding managerial skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery
- Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.
