We are looking for individuals with a strong background in their field, who are passionate about teaching, conducting high-level research, and contributing to the academic community.
The successful candidates will join our dynamic and collaborative faculty team, newly implemented in Dubai, and play a key role in advancing our programs and mentoring our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct original research and publish research findings in reputable journals.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, using effective teaching methods and engaging students in the learning process.
- Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students pursuing their degrees.
- Engage in service-related tasks within the department or institution.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Marketing/Logistics/Supply chain Management/Port Management/Finance or a closely related field.
- Strong expertise in research, as evidenced by a record of research publications in reputable ABS/ABDC journals.
- Experience in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, with evidence of effective teaching and student engagement.
- Ability to mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students in marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, including conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the academic community through service and outreach activities.
