F&b Training Manager

Description:

·Will be responsible for all the Training related activities. These activities include learning and development and training, performance management, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities.

·Induct, coach, and mentor new Team Members

·Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)

·Develop mentoring and coaching sessions

·Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each Restaurant

·Excellent people management and communication skills

The role will be based in Dubai

Experience in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sectors is essential
