Our client is looking for B2B Field Sales Officers who have managed a portfolio of products such as Fiber and wireless internet plans, postpaid SIM cards, CCTV systems, and POS solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of companies.
Position Overview:
As a B2B Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on promoting our comprehensive suite of telecommunications solutions to businesses in your assigned territory.
- B2B Sales Agents with experience of Company owned Company Promoted (COCP) Telecom products as well as sales of TV Channels (STARS Play/ Bein etc.,)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and approach potential business customers in the market.
- Present Region's Telecom Company's fiber and wireless plans, postpaid SIM cards, CCTV solutions, and POS systems to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction with Telecom provider services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to enhance customer loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends.
- Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Report on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales specially region's telecom providers preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of telecom products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
