Filipino Chef

Description:

We are urgently looking for Filipino Chef for our deluxe star in Albarsha, Dubai.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in Filipino cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Filipino cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditional recipes.
• Develop and create menus featuring authentic Filipino dishes, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare and cook Filipino dishes according to traditional recipes while maintaining high standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Ingredient Sourcing: Source and select fresh, high-quality ingredients, spices, and condiments typically used in Filipino cuisine, ensuring authenticity and taste consistency.
• Culinary certification or degree in culinary arts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of various regional Filipino dishes is a plus.

Note – Accommodation, food and transportations will be provided by the company.

Candidates must poses previous experience into hotel industry only.
