Finance Controller

Description:

§ Chartered Accountant – CA Qualified

§ At least 7 years’ experience in relevant field

§ Must have good knowledge of Apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and retail industry.

§ Should have experience in maintaining accounts on integrated ERP systems.

Responsibilities:-

§ Work closely with the Global CFO and manage all day-to-day tasks relating to the Group MIS & Accounts consolidation, analysis & presentation to Board.

§ Co-ordinate with multiple group offices at Bangladesh, Turkey, India, and others to effectively discharge the work responsibilities relating to Consolidating, Analyzing, Reporting and other related areas.

§ Prepare and review all the accounting and financial reports to be shared with Group CFO, review with the Board and external agencies if any. This includes monthly MIS pack, Quarterly forecast & Annual budget.

§ Prepare all business review calls reports & providing necessary input based on previous meeting and current group requirements.

§ Review all the group OpEx and controlling cost by implementing cost control plan.

§ Co-ordinate with audit teams and keep the audit status current by implementing all the agreed recommendations with all the MIS Reports.

§ Develop and implement fortnightly Risk report for the Group.

§ Provide necessary support to Statutory auditors for Interim and yearly audit requirements of Audit.

§ Preparation & presentation of Group Cashflow and Net worth.

§ Consolidate, review, and present Group related balance sheet details.

§ Conduct the facilitation of vendor master creation centrally based on group guidelines.

§ Lead ad hoc report preparation on group level as required by management from time to time.
