Our client, a leader in designing, developing, and manufacturing autonomous unmanned land and maritime platforms for the Defence, Civil Defence, Security, and Fire & Rescue sectors, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and shape their financial strategy. This pivotal role requires a minimum of 10 years of financial experience, with in-depth knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax and VAT matters, and a proven ability to drive compliance across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee tax management, VAT compliance, and optimize international tax efficiency
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Foster a high-performing finance team and drive operational excellence
• Experience in defense, security, or high-tech sectors is a plus, but not essential.
