Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Luna PR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive growth and profitability.

 

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

 

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights to senior management.

 

Financial Controls: Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Cash Management: Optimize cash flow management and forecasting to support operational needs and investment opportunities.

 

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies and controls.

 

Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing processes.

 

Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance.

 

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

-6-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the PR, advertising, or related industries.

-Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

-Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to support decision-making.

-Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

-Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.

-Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
