Finance Manager

Description:

Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the car rental company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves managing financial analysis, controlling expenditures, and providing strategic insights to support the company’s growth objectives. The Finance Manager plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage the company’s financial plans by creating budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

· Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights to

management for strategic decision-making.

· Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity for operations.

· Manage financial risks and implement controls to minimize financial exposure and ensure regulatory

compliance.

· Coordinate with auditors to conduct internal and external audits and ensure accuracy in financial records.

· Develop and enforce policies for financial operations, including spending limits, invoicing, and credit controls.

· Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

· Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs and company objectives.

· Optimize costs and control expenses by analyzing and negotiating vendor contracts and implementing cost-

saving strategies.

Rquirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or

CPA/ACCA certification preferred).

· 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the car rental, automotive, or service industry.

· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial

reporting and finance risk management

· Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus).

· Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable financial strategies.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
