About the Role
This is a critical position that combines financial management expertise with hands-on knowledge of UAE import operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial health while supporting seamless and cost-effective importing processes.

What You'll Do
💡 Financial Management
Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth.
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and profit/loss statements.
Monitor financial performance and propose corrective actions.
📊 Accounting & Compliance
Manage daily accounting operations using Xero.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and oversee audits.
🚢 Import & Logistics Oversight
Handle the financial aspects of importing goods, from shipping to customs.
Optimize import-related costs and ensure compliance with regulations.
💰 Cash Flow & Treasury
Plan and manage cash flow to support operations.
Oversee banking relationships and mitigate currency risks.
👥 Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights.

What We're Looking For
✔ Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
At least 5 years of financial management experience, including 3 years in the UAE.
✔ Skills:
Advanced experience in Xero is a must.
Deep understanding of UAE import/export regulations and VAT.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✔ Industry Knowledge:
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics is a plus.
