Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local financial regulations, tax laws, and business practices. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial policies.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
- Conduct cost analysis, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the UAE as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
