Hiring Financial Manager
Company Overview:
A rapidly growing company specialized in ropeway construction and maintenance. With a solid presence in Europe and recent expansion into the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, planning, and forecasting for the company.
- Implement and manage effective payroll systems and budgeting processes.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with external accounting teams to streamline accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Organize the flow of financial information across the company’s locations to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and understand tax implications across different jurisdictions, particularly within the EU. UAE and KSA.
- Conduct thorough project cost control and budget management to ensure financial efficiency and profitability of each project, from initial estimates through to final expenditures.
- Implement and manage accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, to support financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Director, or similar role in a multi-location company, ideally within the construction industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of international financial standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in a major accounting software, with a strong preference for QuickBooks experience.
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and analysis.
- Fluent in English, Russian (Preferred ) and Fluency in Italian language would be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage financial operations across different countries.
