Fines Follow Up Specialist

Description:

Fine Follow up Specialist is responsible for tracking, managing, and resolving fines and violations associated with the rental fleet. This role involves coordinating with customers to address outstanding fines, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. The Fine Follow-up Specialist helps minimize the company’s financial exposure by efficiently managing the process of fines and violations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and track all fines and violations associated with rental vehicles and ensure timely resolution.

· Communicate with customers to inform them of any outstanding fines, explain payment options, and follow up

on payments.

· Coordinate with local authorities to verify and confirm fines, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation.

· Maintain detailed records of fines, customer interactions, and payment statuses in the company’s system.

· Prepare regular reports on outstanding fines, resolved issues, and payment status for management review.

· Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile fines with customer accounts and process payments.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding fines and penalties.

Reauirments:

· Diploma or certification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

· 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the car rental, automotive, or transportation industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and follow-up professionally.

· Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple fines and maintain accurate records.

· Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting or CRM .

· Proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

· Problem solving skills to address discrepancies and resolve customer issues effectively.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
