Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to join our team and deliver First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) courses. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in educating and certifying individuals in these essential life-saving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct First Aid and BLS training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Update training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical exercises.
• Evaluate participants’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in First Aid and BLS training.

Qualifications:

• A medical background, preferably in nursing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the training field.
• Certified First Aid and BLS trainer certification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants.
