Fitout Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitout Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Creative Corner - Design + Build. The Fitout Engineer will be responsible for developing, coordination and delivery of fit-out projects based on the design intent, specifications, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit out projects, construction works, joinery, site coordination, and managing subcontractors
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, construction codes, building regulations, and design principles
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
• Flexibility to work under pressure and deliver tasks within tight deadlines
• To display a positive and professional attitude towards work and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
