SFF Food Industry, a leading manufacturer of industrial flavors and food seasonings, is currently seeking an experienced and innovative:

Liquid Flavor Specialist

Location:
Umm Al Quwain – New Industrial Area, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative liquid flavors for various food applications (meat products, snacks, beverages, sauces, etc.).
• Work with high-quality raw materials such as vanillin, maltol, essential oils, propylene glycol, MCT, and others.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and chemical analyses to ensure flavor quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to improve existing products and create new formulations.
• Stay updated with global trends in the flavor industry (Europe, USA, India, GCC) and contribute creative solutions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in liquid flavor creation and formulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials used in flavor manufacturing and international food regulations.
• Excellent sensory skills and flavor profiling abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
