Description:
We are urgently looking for a Fleet Operations Supervisor/Manager responsible for managing the efficient operation and coordination of vehicle fleets and dispatch activities in the fruits and vegetables trading sector.
Duties:-
- Plan, schedule, and oversee vehicle assignments based on orders received for the day.
- Supervise drivers for timely and efficient service delivery.
- Optimize routing strategies to reduce costs and improve operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including trip logs and driver hours.
- Oversee dispatch operations, addressing delays, breakdowns, and emergencies as needed.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, damages and inspections
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide daily updates to the manager regarding fleet and dispatch activities.
Eligibility Requirements:-
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year in fleet management, logistics, or dispatch – operations with strong supervisory and operations management skills.
- UAE Driving License is a must
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Availability to handle urgent situations beyond regular hours.
