We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Floor Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff, ensuring high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory levels for dining room supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Monitor staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all front-of-house areas.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes employee engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, motivate, and train a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
