Guest Services:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and security regulations.

Team Management:

• Trainings
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear instructions.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Operations

• Oversee daily setup and breakdown of karaoke rooms.
• Maintain stock levels of food, beverages, and karaoke equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports on sales, guest feedback, and staff performance.

Other Duties

• May participate in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
