We are seeking a talented and creative Artificial Floral Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and arranging artificial flowers and trees for events, retail, and interior décor. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for artificial floral design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and arrange artificial floral displays, including bouquets, centerpieces, and large installations for events, hotels, and commercial spaces.

Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, themes, and budget for floral arrangements.

Stay updated on trends in artificial floral design and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the aesthetic of displays.

Maintain and organize artificial flower inventory, ensuring proper care and storage.

Assist in the setup and installation of floral decorations at various venues.

Work closely with event planners, interior designers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Artificial Floral Designer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of artificial flowers, plants, and materials used for floral arrangements.

Excellent design and creative skills, with an eye for color, balance, and proportion.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
