Description:
Rons Facility Management, a well-established organization is seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced candidates for the position of FM coordinator who can join immediately.
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and update facility records, including maintenance logs and service contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
- Must be Diploma /Graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- With high levels of customer care skills, with an emphasis on instilling the same in the team.
- Provide admin/technical support to the Facilities team and management regarding ongoing performance of the properties.
- Preparation of quotes/tenders, review, recommendation
- Facility Management : 2 years (Preferred)
