We are seeking a qualified FM Engineer who is certified by the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) and the Abu Dhabi Municipality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems.

Qualifications:

• Certification from ADDC and Abu Dhabi Municipality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical, Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
