Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to meticulously plan and execute the rollout of our world-class restaurant concepts, banqueting facilities, and in-room dining services.
- Implement comprehensive operating procedures, quality controls, and cost-effective strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability across all F&B outlets.
- Establish robust inventory management systems, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless operations from day one.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and events, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a food and beverage role within a luxury hotel or resort setting, preferably with pre-opening experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, staffing, and inventory management.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a track record of delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with local and international culinary trends, dietary preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- A valid Dubai food handler's certificate or the ability to obtain one.
