Description:
· To provide Various secretarial/administrative support to the Managers
JOB SCOPE
· Efficient and diplomatic in all situations involving any aspect of Administration•
· Communicate efficiently with all colleagues in the department in order to ensure an efficient flow of information to and from the administration office. •
· The ability to participate in schedules meetings as requested. •
· The ability to copy, fax or mail any documents, files, proposals, prospectus or applications as needed. •
· Receive all incoming mail and distribute them accordingly. •

· Takes messages and connect telephone call enquiries. •
· Ensure the proper handling, use and maintenance of office equipment and cleanliness and maintenance of work areas. •
· Prepare various reports and documents, forms. •
· Taking dictation, transcribing, typing confidential documentation and keeping confidential material. •
· Ensures appropriate communication processes are established •
· Maintain appropriate records•
· Ensure up-to-date copies of department SOP’s are maintained at all times •
. Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments/colleagues in a timely manner ensuring they have been understood •
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: •
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English. •
· Typing, filing, telephone and general secretarial skills •
· Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM. •
· Previous secretarial, Club and/or related experience required. •
· Prior Hospitality software experience preferred.
. Minimum 3 years secretarial experience with at least 1 year in a similar capacity
