Dispatch Management: Take responsibility for the timely and accurate dispatch of meals, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and clear the plating area, ensuring that the kitchen workspace is kept tidy and organized.
Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, ensuring that all supplies are available and stored correctly.
Reporting: Report directly to the chefs and nutritionists, providing updates on kitchen activities, inventory levels, and any issues that may arise.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the kitchen environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
