Football Coach

 

Description:

This is a part-time on-site role for a Football Coach at The Sports Academy TSA. The Football Coach will be responsible for conducting training sessions and developing coaching plans for athletes, overseeing the progress of individual athletes, and maintaining open communication with athletes and their families to ensure their development is in line with their goals.

Qualifications

• Football Coaching and Coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create training plans and oversee the progress of individual athletes
• Experience in Football coaching
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, or related field
• Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance players' skills, techniques, and tactical understanding.

 

Plan and conduct practice sessions, focusing on individual and team development.

 

Analyze players' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

 

Organize and coordinate team strategies, formations, and game plans.

 

Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

 

Attend matches and provide coaching during game situations.

 

Collaborate with other coaching staff and professionals to enhance players' overall development.

 

Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and strategies in football.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience as a Football Coach, preferably at the youth or professional level.

 

Extensive knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and rules.

 

Strong leadership and communication skills.

 

Ability to motivate and inspire players.

 

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

 

Possession of relevant coaching certifications is desirable.
