Football Coach

Description:

ESA is seeking experienced and motivated part-time football coaches to join our dynamic team. Coaches will work across various locations in Sharjah, contributing to the development and success of our players. If you have coaching experience, relevant certifications, and a passion for player development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions based on our curriculum.
• Provide effective communication and feedback to enhance player development.
• Collaborate with a dedicated coaching team.
• Adhere to and promote the ethos and principles of ESA.

Position Details

• Type: Part-time seasonal position (flexible hours)
• Hours: Between 2 to 14 hours per week, plus weekend matches for development squads. Evening sessions in Sharjah.
• Development squad positions available.
• Potential for full-time employment.

Qualifications and Characteristics

• Previous experience coaching youth teams (ages 4-18) is preferred.
• Background in teaching with a focus on sports (e.g., PE) is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of football coaching and techniques.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
