Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Forklift Trainer. The Forklift Trainer will be responsible for training employees on safe and efficient operation of forklift equipment. The Forklift Trainer will create training programs, develop and maintain training materials, and evaluate employee performance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly operate and demonstrate various material handling equipment to train forklift operators and client operation teams.

Possess in-depth knowledge of proper battery and charger usage for electric forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Conduct thorough physical inspections of newly received trucks and equipment.

Perform pre-delivery equipment inspections, ensuring safe delivery to client sites.

Attend relevant training and orientations as required to stay updated on industry best practices.

Oversee the delivery, installation, commissioning, and operational startup of equipment, ensuring client satisfaction with job quality.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent degree; vocational/technical training preferred.

Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.

Hold a valid forklift operator license.
