Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Formwork Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for our formwork systems. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our formwork systems.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on formwork or scaffolding systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of formwork systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is must for this position.
