Freelance Interior Designer

Description:

We are a boutique firm based in Dubai working on residential, hospitality, and commercial projects for both design and execution. We are looking for a full time Interior Designer with expertise in high-end residential & commercial projects.

Key requirements:

· Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

· Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

· Creation of a mood board to display the overall design direction and different elements together (furniture, lighting, color palettes etc.)

· Create design inspirations for a room of your choice, a customized color palette and textures, furniture examples, decoration

· Space planning and furniture layout design to optimize the use of space.

· Selection of materials, furniture, and color palette to enhance aesthetic.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

· Excellent portfolio of previous works

· Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

· Communication and presentation skills

· Project management skills

· BS degree in Interior Design or similar
