City Zone Real Estate, a leading Dubai agency, is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Real Estate Agent to join our team. You'll be the point person for clients seeking investment opportunities in Dubai's exciting off-plan developments.

What You'll Do:

• Be a market expert on upcoming primary projects with the secondary market in Dubai.

• Identify and qualify potential buyers interested in off-plan & secondary market properties.

• Educate clients on the off-plan buying process, highlighting benefits and risks.

• Conduct property tours (physical or virtual).

• Negotiate and close deals for property purchases.

• Build strong relationships with developers and stay current on new projects.

• Exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan & Secondary market properties preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage potential buyers.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
