Description:
Position: Freight Sales Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5-7 years in reputed Cargo Industry in UAE
Salary: Up to AED 10k + other benefits as per UAE labour laws
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the freight and logistics sector.
- Identify and target potential clients within the freight and shipping industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in freight sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
