We are seeking for a Front Desk Administrator cum Listing Coordinator to join our team immediately. The qualifications and responsibilities for this role include:

- Providing administrative support to agents/employees as requested.
- Exceptional organization, planning, and administration skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Creating Listings, editing, and verifying properties and new listings on property portals.
- Ensuring the accuracy of details before posting new listings online.
- Managing, updating, and maintaining portal leads records & coordinate with Leads department.
- Compiling and distributing weekly/monthly reports and communicating key results to the reporting manager
- Knowledgeable about basic Law’s related to Real Estate, Preparation of Form A, Form B, Form F, A to A agreements and Tenancy Contracts.
- Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate Brokerage administration & should be available for immediate joining.
