Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Location: Dubai
Requirements:
- Candidates having minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer service or a similar front desk role and currently available in UAE.
- Excellent grasp of the English and Arabic language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups
- Ability to handle cash and perform financial transactions accurately.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Welcome and Engagement: Greet customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour. Provide information about our services, programs, and facilities.
- Registration and Transactions: Assist customers with registrations, membership inquiries, and program enrolments.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the facility, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Child Safety: Verify the identity of parents or guardians during child drop-off and pick-up, ensuring that children are only released to authorized individuals.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and record feedback from customers regarding their experience and suggestions for improvement.
- Visitor Trends Reporting: Observe and recognize visitor trends and patterns, such as peak hours and busy days.
