Job Title: Front Desk Executive with Accounting Skills
Location: platinum business center 702, al nahda2 Dubai
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a neat and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Accounting:
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Provide information and assistance to inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling various tasks simultaneously.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
