Hiring Front Desk Executive (with UAE Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive with prior UAE experience to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong understanding of UAE business culture and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Ensure all visitors are logged and directed to the appropriate personnel or department.

Communication Management:

  • Handle and route incoming calls, emails, and messages effectively.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and assist in coordinating office activities.
  • Maintain records, update databases, and assist with document preparation when required.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.

Security and Compliance:

  • Oversee visitor access and ensure adherence to company security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure compliance with UAE labor and safety standards.

Customer Service:

  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries and concerns, delivering solutions with a customer-focused approach.
  • Support the resolution of minor issues or escalate them as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to manage customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with UAE business etiquette and cultural norms.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
