Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Train and mentor front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labour regulations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
- Guarantee that the branch achieves their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Prior experience in a hospitality or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of front desk staff
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, colleague, and management
- Candidates with experience in Dubai and hospitality will be given preference
