Description:
We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Resolve administrative problems. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
Requirements:
- UAE experience of 2–3 years as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary range would be AED 3500 – AED 4000. UAE residence visa, medical insurance shall be provided.
