Description:

Key Requirements:

✅Attending calls in the reception
✅Attending and welcoming of guests / visitors initially
✅Maintaining meeting schedule of CEO.
✅Assisting and supporting Team Admin and Team Accounts on matters like bill reimbursements.
✅Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events in coordination with the team.
✅Support team logistics in documentation when required .
✅Any other specific task given from time to time.

Candidate must have :
▪️Good Communication Skills is a compulsory
▪️Good computer skills (MS Office)
▪️Any Bachelor degree / diploma
▪️Gender : Female Candidates only
