Key Accountabilities:

• Dynamics 365 expertise:
• Configure and customize D365 F&O modules to meet specific business needs.
• Create and maintain business process flows and user documentation.
• Support end-users with day-to-day system usage and troubleshooting.
• Participate in ongoing system administration and maintenance tasks.

• Data Stewardship:
• Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Identify and address data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain data lineage maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Business Partnering:
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across different departments.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify technology needs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and system administrators.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned IT initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest D365 and CRM developments and best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience with data governance and data stewardship principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Medical devices Business or similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Business Process and IT Process documentation experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
