What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the development, enhancement, and management of FX products and services
• Responsible for market analysis, developing and implementing FX strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Formulating strategies to optimize product performance, pricing and positioning in the FX market.
• Tracking the performance of foreign exchange products, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance

What You Should Have

• Experience in conceptualizing, developing and enhancing new foreign exchange products and services to meet customer needs and market demands
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for growth in the FX space.
• Experience in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand customer feedback and requirements, ensuring that FX products meet the needs of different customer segments.
• Ability to monitor and manage risks associated with foreign exchange products, including exchange rate fluctuations and exposure
• Ability to ensure FX products adhere to regulatory standards and compliance guidelines
• Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and legal, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of foreign exchange products

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial industry particularly in foreign exchange or related areas
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related field
• Deep understanding of FX markets, trading strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching FX products
• Expertise in managing financial products and developing strategies for FX products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market data and mitigate risks
