We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee our galvanizing plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. The Factory Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and achieving production targets.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Lead and supervise plant operations, ensuring production goals and deadlines are met.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain and enhance product quality standards through effective quality control measures.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet customer specifications.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize production processes.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled workforce.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the manufacturing department.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Corrosion Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager in a galvanizing plant or similar manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of galvanizing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Managerial Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Problem-Solving Abilities:

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in field
