General Cashier

Description:

All cash collections must be accounted for in accordance with hotel/corporate policy and procedures.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Collects remittance envelopes from the secure drop box, ensuring that all cash drops made by cashiers are recorded on the daily list and witnessed.
• Counts money to ensure the quantities entered on envelopes are correct.
• Prepares bank deposits, daily cash reports, and cash floats, which are counted daily and signed by Finance Manager
• Checks and records all petty cash vouchers in the General Cashier Reimbursements.
