Hiring General Manager – Restaurant
Location: Dubai, UAE
JOB ROLE:
- Adhere to guidelines and brand standards to ensure consistency in food, beverage, and service.
- Achieve and surpass financial goals of the restaurant by developing a financial mindset; preparing strategic monthly and annual forecasts; analyzing discrepancies; taking corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; devising and implementing strategies to increase average customer spend through upselling.
- Attract customers through the development and execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives; assess target markets; identify and track evolving demands to optimize business opportunities.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure market consistency and effectiveness, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the head chef to engage in menu engineering, brainstorm new menu items, and provide recommendations for additions or removals.
