Shireen Gulf Hospitality are looking for General Manager for one of our Hotel based in Bur Dubai. Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked in Dubai at the same capacity at any of 3 star & 4 Star Hotel and should be based in Dubai.

Job Description: A General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee several elements in a business operating budgets, and launching price promotions that could attract more customers.

Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals

Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.

Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.

Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.

Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.

(Candidates should have Ten years of Hotelier experience with knowledge of IDS software)
